I joined AIESEC IIT Kharagpur in 2010, during the month of february. I was inducted into Communications as a member and was handling Social Media which later expanded on to Information Management as a whole. I was made IM Manager in the later days of 2010. You can see the number of wikis in my name! I tried to set a foothold for IM but I was saddened to see the lack of follow-up in 2011.
Hey guys !! My name is Vivek Khan and well you can say I am a living example of cultural diversity. I guess my name somewhat says something and well because from my childhood since I am from defense Background I went to several places in India, Came to know about their culture tried to grasp some of it and I am friendly jolly like to mix up with people a lot and lot more .Let’s talk about my AIESEC journey, well I am in AIESEC from the past 8 months and in this short duration I learnt and enjoyed a lot and most importantly I made new friends who are and will be my part of life.
I have been involved with AIESEC IITKGP since my first year in IIT Kharagpur as a member of the External Relations department and have been a part of many organizing committees serving responsibilities ranging from a member to an event manager.
I have been a part of O.C.s for a number of events namely Vision Green, Feb Recruitment 2011(O.C. name: FebR8s) as a member and Balakalakaar 2011 as the Event Manager.

My work included many things, along with preparation for the biggest event of this organization on the Independence day, which included blood donation camps etc.

It was nothing like anything i have experienced before, it was a great experience. The work culture here is amazing. People welcome ideas from others. The exchange of ideas and implementing it in the project felt good. Got to learn a lot from others.
I am Christina Brucker from Germany. I have been on many internships earlier. I had come to India, three times prior to this and visited many places in Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Mumbai, Delhi etc.
I got an opportunity to interact with many people over here.You don't really contact people if you go as a tourist especially the local people.
I got to know many people like farmers, rural people etc because of the NGO and of course my fellow AIESECers.
My journey as an AIESECer started in August 2008, when it was first conceived in IIT Kharagpur. I had got a chance to play various roles in this duration. OCP Go Green Campaign (2010),VP TN (2010-2011), Director Projects (2011-2012)
My Journey in AIESEC started from February - 2009. I was a member ICX 2009 (Incoming exchange) and took up the role of Vice President Development Trainee in 2010. Initially I had joined the ICX Trainee Nominee, but after a few months I got shifted to DT in July 2009.
